Landlords: Give all tenants new GOV RRA Fact sheet or be fined £7,000

The Government has published an official information sheet on the Renters' Rights Act. Landlords face a £7,000 fine if they do not provide a copy to tenants by May 31st 2026, the date the new Act kicks in.

If the landlord uses a letting agent to manage the property, the agent is responsible for providing a copy to the tenant.
